Edgewater Beach Towers is located on the Atlantic Ocean between Arizona and Taylor streets on the historic Hollywood Beach. In 2017 TripAdvisor announced Florida's Hollywood Beach was in the top 10 for winners of its Travelers’ Choice awards for the best beaches in the world. The Hollywood Beach brick-paved Broadwalk stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean and is open to pedestrians, joggers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, and millions of others every year. The promenade also features the historic Hollywood Beach Theatre and many other attractions. Hollywood Beach also offers dozens of luxury hotels and condominiums such as the Diplomat Resort & Spa Hollywood, Trump Hollywood, and Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. The Edgewater Beach Towers building construction started in 1969 and was completed in 1970. Edgewater has 12 floors with 60 units and a rooftop pool. Many units in the building still remain in the families of the original founding owners.
